Anime Consortium Japan Inc. undertakes the following actions and efforts
with the aim of protecting personal information:

1. Anime Consortium Japan Inc. shall comply with all laws, regulations and other rules of Japan governing the handling of personal information of customers.

Anime Consortium Japan Inc. shall obtain the personal information of customers by lawful and fair means, refrain from obtaining such information by improper means and shall notify and disclose the permitted use to each customer providing personal information.   • Ⅳ.disclosure is permitted by laws and regulations.

Handling of personal information of customers

Anime Consortium Japan Inc. (the “Company”) shall use the personal information of customers to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

  • to provide services for membership of the Company, other services of the Company such as information services via Internet, Internet advertising and product sales;
  • to automatically display membership information and other information such as services which the Company considers beneficial to customers on the authentication page or terminal devices of customers when the customers access the website to use the services of the Company;

The provision by a customer under fifteen (15) years of age of the personal information may require, where appropriate, the consent of the guardian of such customer.

The Company shall not be liable whatsoever for the treatment of the personal information of customers on third-party websites linked from or to the website operated by the Company.
