If I log in on a different device, will my items stay in the shopping cart?

If you sign-in on another computer, you will need to re-add items to your shopping cart.

An item that I added to the shopping cart has disappeared.

1. Items added in a shopping cart after you sign out will be removed when you close the browser.
2. If the item is no longer for sale, it will be removed from the shopping cart.

The contents in the shopping cart changed.

If you add items to the shopping cart after logging out, it will replace the items in the cart when you log back in. You can prevent this by making sure to log in before adding items to the cart.

I have not received an order confirmation e-mail.

If you use a free e-mail service such as Gmail or Yahoo, our e-mail might be blocked by a spam filter. Please contact your e-mail service provider for e-mail settings.


【For mobile phone e-mail users】

Depending on your cell phone carrier, you might not be able to receive certain e-mails unless you change the settings. Please enable settings to allow e-mails from computer domains, so that you can receive e-mails from (@daisuki.net).

I can't read the e-mail text.

UTF-8 encoding is used automatically for e-mails sent from our website. Please change your encoding settings to UTF-8.

I want to change the quantity of the product.

It is impossible to make changes after you have placed your order.

I want to cancel my order.

We do not accept any order cancellations.

I want to change the payment method.

We do not accept any payment method changes once the order is confirmed.

I would like several orders to ship together.

We can't ship several orders together. We accept one order for one shipping arrangement.
For preordered items, only one item can be shipped at a time due to release dates.

What about customs fees?

Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and they are collected at the time of delivery by the carrier.
They can be expensive depending on the country and items. Make sure to check before purchasing an item

You can check through [Product reservation/order history] in [My DAISUKI].

There is a damage to/ fault with the product.

If it is damaged, please contact the carrier (e.g. Post Office) first that delivered your product. Some carriers do not accept a claim after the date the product is delivered. Please check that there is no damage to your product when it arrives.

If it is a fault issue, please contact us by using this form. Our support personnel will get back to you. For queries made outside of our business hours, we will contact you after the following business day. Claims for any damages and faults must be made within seven days upon receipt of product.

I would like to return the product.

We do not accept any returns due to customer error.
We only accept returns for damaged or faulty products. Please contact us by using this form. Our support personnel will get back to you. For queries made outside of our business hours, we will contact you after the following business day. Claims for any damages and faults must be made within seven days upon receipt of product.

What is the shipping cost?

For shipping, we have a uniform shipping charge of 2,000 yen per order.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

Orders are sent by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).

Can I specify the time for delivery?

Unfortunately, you cannot specify the time because the products are sent from Japan.

When will the product be delivered?/The product has not arrived yet.

Usually, we dispatch within a week of receiving your order.
Check the product details screen for the shipment time for pre-ordered items.
In case your order's shipment is delayed, we will inform you by e-mail.

I would like to change the carrier for shipping.

Unfortunately, we only deliver orders through Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).

When do you receive payments? The payment has been deducted but the product has not arrived yet.

Usually we receive payment when your order is received, whether it is PayPal or credit card. Check the balance of your bank account and card validity when placing an order. Shipment times vary depending on the ordered products. See the product details screen for more information.

How long will the carrier hold my package?

How long a package will be held depends on the carrier. Please directly contact the carrier that delivered your product.
Please note: After a certain amount of time, a carrier will return a package if a customer does not pick it up. We require an additional shipment fee to send your order again.

Can you deliver to any country?

DAISUKI can deliver anywhere, except to Japan. Some countries place restrictions and/or charge duties on imports. Please check your local laws before placing an order.

Are there any products I cannot buy?

While we try to ship our products to as many countries as possible, customs in some countries might place restrictions on our products and block the delivery.

My order hasn't arrived.

Please go to "Product reservation/order history" in "My DAISUKI", and use the tracking number provided to track the status of your package at the Japan Post website: (http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html).

I want the items in my order to ship seperately.

We apologize, but only one shipment will be made per shipping fee received. As only one shipment is made per order, your order will dispatch only after all products are in stock.
