The DAISUKI system automatically controls the quality of videos depending on your Internet speed so that you can enjoy a smooth movie experience without any interruption.

Video is breaking up.

You need broadband Internet access for smooth video/audio play. If your broadband speed is not fast enough, your video/audio is more likely to be interrupted during the playback. If so, your video download speed might be slow or unstable. Try pausing the movie once and playing it when the buffer shown on the top of the player is full. If the video is breaking up when using a wireless connection, switch to a wired connection or try getting a stronger signal by bringing your computer closer to the Wi-Fi router.

I can't hear the audio.

First, make sure that the player's volume setting is right; it is not on mute or too low. (The volume control button is on the bottom right of the player. )

Make sure that the speaker volume setting on your computer is turned up. For Windows, double-click the volume icon in the system tray and check that the mute feature is not on. For Macs, the button is on the upper right of the screen.

Can I switch the subtitles ON/ OFF while a video is playing?
